Cancellation Policy :
The policy is different for each property. There are two scenarios :
1) All payments (50% deposit and the 50% balance payment) are non refundable.
2) When a cancellation occurs more then 90 days before arrival the cancellation fee will be equal to 20% of the total rental amount. When the cancellation occurs between 30-90 days prior to the scheduled arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
When the cancellation occurs within 0-29 days of the scheduled arrival, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
Booking Changes A US $ 50 administration fee will be charged by Bali Soul Villas for any change of booking after a reservation has been confirmed.
Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by This is Bali and the Villa owner.
